This is one of the best book I have read on improving social skills, its not on manipulative side rather it teaches how to convey your thoughts in a way its least offending to the person in front of you.

The Core idea of book is “Success in life is largely determined by how well you deal with people.”. The author argues about that influence is not about manipulation or dominance, but about genuine interest in others, emotional intelligence, making people feel valued and understood

The idea this book teaches is that if you want the person in front of you to understand you, you must first understand them and make them feel heard and valued. Don’t just condemn their idea thinking your’s is superior try to put yourself in their shoes.
